"HIQA has published 23 inspection reports on designated centres for people with disabilities. Inspectors found good practice in many centres, including strong resident involvement in community activities and personal goal planning. However, some centres required improvements, with urgent actions issued for fire safety failures at Zamab Care Ltd and Corlann, staffing shortages at Cheeverstown House, and inadequate resident consultation on restrictive practices. Providers submitted compliance plans to address the issues."
