- Deficiencies found at St Michael's House, Sunbeam House, and St John of God; compliance plans submitted
"The Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) has published 23 inspection reports on designated centres for people with disabilities in Ireland. Inspections covered centres run by Delta Centre, Waterford Intellectual Disability Association, Prosper Fingal, St Hilda's Services, St John of God, St Joseph's Foundation, St Michael's House, Sunbeam House Services, The Rehab Group, and Western Care Association. While many centres showed good practice, including efforts to reduce restrictive practices and promote resident autonomy, several required improvements in areas such as staff training and safeguarding. Providers submitted compliance plans to address deficiencies."
