"The Irish Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) has published a comprehensive health technology assessment (HTA) on RSV immunisation for infants and older adults. The assessment evaluates the clinical and cost effectiveness of vaccines and monoclonal antibodies including nirsevimab, clesrovimab, RSVpreF (Abrysvo), RSVPreF3 (Arexvy), and the RSV mRNA vaccine mRESVIA. It informs long-term vaccination policy in Ireland, following a temporary Pathfinder Programme for the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons. An expert advisory group supported the analysis."
