"On 11 June 2026, the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) published a list of designated centres for people with disabilities. The list includes centres operated by providers such as Ability West, Avista CLG, Cheeverstown House CLG, CoAction West Cork CLG, and others across counties Galway, Limerick, Dublin, Tipperary, Waterford, Cork, Clare, Meath, Louth, and Monaghan. Each centre is identified by a unique Centre ID. This publication is part of HIQA's regulatory function to ensure quality and safety in residential disability services."
