"The National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics (NCPE) in Ireland released version 2.3 of its Budget Impact Model template on 13 April 2026, along with an updated guideline (v1.1). The template is used for pharmacoeconomic submissions for drug reimbursement. Companies already preparing using v2.2 have until 13 July 2026 to submit using the previous version."
