"HIQA published 25 inspection reports on designated centres for people with disabilities in Ireland. The reports cover centres operated by 11 providers. Inspectors found good practice in some centres, including resident engagement in work and community activities. However, other centres required improvements in staffing, safeguarding, fire safety, and premises maintenance. Providers submitted compliance plans to address the issues."
