"The National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics (NCPE) in Ireland completed a rapid review of zilucoplan (Zilbrysq) for generalized myasthenia gravis in anti-AChR antibody positive adults. The rapid review, commissioned on 13 May 2026 and completed on 27 May 2026, recommends a full health technology assessment (HTA) to evaluate clinical and cost effectiveness compared to current standard of care. This is a step in Ireland's drug reimbursement process for this rare disease therapy."
